Dr. M. Elamparithi, MCA., M.Phil., Ph.D.
Dr. M. Elamparithi, MCA., M.Phil., Ph.D. is working as Managing Direct, and a committed professor with over 20+ years of Teaching, Research in Computer Science & Applications at leading academic institutions. Possessing academic & administrative skills in a Higher Education Institution a both autonomous and non – autonomous institutions.
With over 20+ years of teaching, research, mentoring, training, consultancy and academic administration experience, he has held more positions, such as Principal, Director – IQAC, Coordinator of UGC Grant and Extension of Autonomous, Implementing Outcome Based Education (OBE), Curriculum Development Cell (CDC), ISO Certification, AICTE – Web Portal Administrator, AISHE, NIRF, Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, SWAYAM/NPTEL Local Chapter, Implementing e-Governance (ERP) in HEIs, MHRD’s Innovation Cell (MIC), College with Potential Excellence, Student Associations and possessed required skill set for implementing National Education Policy (NEP) – 2020.
He has much more experience of working in three cycles of NAAC accreditations with the extension of autonomy process. With the experience, he acted as a consultant and gave consultancy to more than 24 institutions for both NAAC accreditation, autonomous and NBA process.
In addition to the above, he published more than fifteen articles in UGC CARE and Scopus indexed journals. Guided more than ten research candidates. He presented more than ten research papers at international conferences.
He has also been involved in Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA), organized, implemented, and monitored programmes and assessments. Was responsible for the quality – related activities of the institution. Coordinate in preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR), Self-Study Report (SSR) to be submitted to NAAC based on the quality parameters. Coordinate the timely and efficient execution of the decision of the IQAC committee.

Dr. V. Anuratha, MCA., M.Phil., Ph.D. is working as Head – Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and a committed professor with over 22+ years of Teaching, Research in Computer Science & Applications at leading academic institutions. Possessing academic & administrative skills in a Higher Education Institution a both autonomous and non – autonomous institutions.
With over 22+ years of teaching, research, mentoring, training, consultancy and academic administration experience, she has held more positions, such as Coordinator – IQAC, Member in UGC Grant and Extension of Autonomous, Implementing Outcome Based Education (OBE), Curriculum Development Cell (CDC), ISO Certification, MHRD’s Innovation Cell (MIC), College with Potential Excellence, and Student Associations.

She presented thirty – two research papers in national level and seventeen in international conferences. She published fifty-six research papers in Peer Reviewed, UGC CARE, Scopus and Web of Science Journals.
She has also been actively involved in the Strategy Development and Deployment process of the institution. She had the skill to formulate development objectives, directives and guidelines with specific plans for implementing by aligning the academic and administrative aspects improves the overall quality of the institutional provisions. She practiced the process Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) of the Higher Education Institution. She aimed at continuous improvement of quality and achieving academic excellence by continuously deriving the mechanism for academic and administrative auditing which adopts quality management strategies in all academic and administrative aspects.

Dr. S. Shobana, MIB, MA(MCJ), M.Phil. (IB)., SET., Ph.D.,
Dr. S. Shobana, MIB, MA(MCJ), M.Phil. (IB)., SET., Ph.D., is working as Director – Commerce and Management, and a committed professor with over 16+ years of Teaching, Research in Commerce and Management at leading academic institutions. Possessing academic & administrative skills in a Higher Education Institution, both an autonomous and non – autonomous institution.
With over 18+ years of teaching, research, mentoring, training, consultancy and academic administration experience, she has held more positions, such as Vice – Principal, Head – Department of Commerce and Management, Member of IQAC, Member in UGC Grant and Extension of Autonomous, Member in Implementing Outcome Based Education (OBE), Coordinator of Women Empowerment and Complaints Committee (WECC), Member in Implementing e-Governance (ERP) in HEIs.
With respect to HEIs, she worked on three subsequent cycles of Assessment and Accreditation and appropriately represented UGC's extension of autonomy for the development of the institution. With this experience, she acted as a consultant and gave consultancy to more than 24 institutions for both NAAC accreditation, autonomous and NBA process.
In addition to the above, she published more than ten articles in UGC CARE and Scopus indexed journals. Guided more than seven research candidates. She presented more than ten research papers at international conferences.
She has also been involved in Academic Plan with Budget, Curriculum Design and Development, Feedback System, and Curriculum Enrichment Process. She has organized curriculum development workshops, Innovation in curriculum, implemented academic flexibility in the curriculum and also provided the curriculum enrichment courses with supplementing addon – courses.
She has been actively engaged in the promotion of research through evolving appropriate policies and practices, making adequate resources available, encouraging active research involvement of teachers and scholars in research, as well as recognizing any achievement of teachers through research. She has conducted a number of workshops/seminars on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Industry – Academia Innovative practices.
